Whenever you need an interpreter simply call us up and quote your PIN. Our operator will then ask you to provide the number of the person you want to call and the language they will be using. The operator will then put you through to the interpreter allowing you to explain the background and purpose of your call before setting up the full three-way conference call with the person you want to speak to. |
